Delivery and shipping

Yes. We ship across Canada by LTL carriers from our Toronto warehouse. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days. All units are shipped on pallets, fully assembled and ready for use.
What is the delivery time in Ontario and Quebec?
Most orders in Ontario and Quebec arrive in 2-4 business days. Customers in the Toronto area can arrange for same-day or next-day pickup at 840 Flint Road, North York.
How does the factory-direct price work?
We sell directly from the manufacturer to your facility, with no dealer markup, no representative commission, and no inflated service packages. The price shown is the true cost of the equipment. This model typically saves you 20-40% compared to traditional dealers.
Do you offer volume pricing for packaging supplies?
Yes. Our distributor program offers wholesale pricing on packaging supplies such as stretch film, strapping, and shipping materials. Products and Technology
Are your pallet jacks lithium powered?
Yes. Every pallet truck and electric stacker in our range uses lithium-ion battery technology. Lithium batteries charge faster, last longer, are maintenance-free, and eliminate the risk of acid spills.
What is Sumachay Plus and how is it different?
Sumachay Plus is our extended coverage tier. Plus models include an 18-month warranty (versus 12 months standard), priority technical support, and access to the spare parts inventory. Available on SELR20+ and SST15+ models.
How do you compare to Toyota or Crown?
Our equipment offers comparable performance at a significantly lower price. The difference is our direct-to-customer model: no dealer network, no territorial restrictions, no mandatory service contracts. The same lithium technology without the overhead of traditional brands.

Where is Sumachay located?
Our head office and main warehouse are located at 840 Flint Road, Toronto, ON M3J 2J4. We serve all Canadian provinces and territories. Equipment is available for local pickup or freight delivery anywhere in Canada.
Do you offer equipment financing?

What warranty is included as standard?
All equipment comes with a standard 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Sumachay Plus models extend this warranty to 18 months with priority support. Warranty service is handled directly by our Toronto facility.
Do you offer parts and service support?
Yes. We maintain a parts inventory in our Toronto warehouse and provide technical support by phone and email. For on-site service requirements, we can coordinate with local technicians across Canada. Visit our Service Center page for details.
